This is for those that are dynamic. This gbp chrt up and down move on 1hr Tf. See how each time gbpusd move up, Price never reverse down at exactly the same price. There is always difference of some pips. Same as when it touches down too. So when we say zone, we are saying the area of support can be from point A to B and same for resistance. It is a trader job to identify the best possible price around the r n s so as to minimize his Stop loss when placing a trade.
Your experience and understanding will guide you in that regard.
