The Delta State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has stated that all primary and secondary schools in the state will resume for the second term of the 2019/2020 academic session on Monday, January 6, 2020.

The Ministry also stated that resumption tests for the pupils and students in public primary and secondary schools has been slated for Thursday, January 9, 2020 and is compulsory for all pupils and students — as it will form a part of their continuous assessment scores.

In another development, students of Federal Government Unity Colleges are to resume the 2019/2020 2nd Term Academic Session on the 13th January, 2020.

This is in line with the 2019/2020 academic calendar from the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja.
