Fifa on 2 December, 2010, announced Russia and Qatar as the host nations for 2018 and 2022 world up respectively. Russia beat England, Spain/Portugal, Netherlands/Belgium to the rights. While Qatar shrugged off Australia, Japan, Korea and USA, to become the first country to host the competition from the middle east. Congrats Russia and Qatar. |
