Living in the fast lane I cannot slow down The speed and luxury I can never regress Moving so fast in a world so slow I think I've got super powers call me the flash The pleasures of life which can only be gotten through wealth Is like the treasure which can only be sought from the map with the spot X I need that flamboyance even if the means be dubious A retrogressive route i can't take when the fast lane I can embark on Popping and pouring at every party It has become my modus operandi every weekend The hails and chants, yeah they see me as the boss And I must live up even if I have to extort Life is short and so I have to enjoy My gains from their wails, its just a circle of pain Call my methods shady, but I'm just a hustler And I must enjoy no matter the cost Lived in the fast lane and couldn't slow down Until I hit a brick wall, and my life rolled by The ills of my gain to the victims I cajole The life I lived, all just for show Now I'm in pains just waiting to go 1 Like 2 Shares |
