A. JOB ROLE: IT PROJECT MANGEMENT OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Organization wide Project Management capability
§ Lead the implementation and management of portfolio, programme and project governance frameworks and development of appropriate reporting tools which deliver value.
§ Leadership of an executive/ management wide approach to Project Management including resource planning and management, preparing resource plans and the monitoring and reporting of project outcomes.
§ Establish organization wide project reporting with a focus on value added advice and early identification and resolution of risk and issues.
§ Develop project portfolio prioritization methodologies.
§ Coach and mentor project sponsors and managers.
Minimum academic qualifications and experience required
§ A degree level qualification.
§ Project management qualification including PMP or PRINCE2 practitioner and Managing Successful Programmes
Knowledge / experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience as a project manager of which 2 – 5 years have been in management capacity or 5 years as a senior programme/portfolio manager in complex environments.

B. Business Process Lead
Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Direct the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
• Work with functional leads (Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate Services) to transform and develop new requirements across the enterprise including design and implementation.
• Document changes to the design and implementation of enterprise wide applications
• Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements
• Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs
• Create training materials and documentation for application users and train new end users on other related applications
* Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (e.g., additional training sessions, communication, system modifications,
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related discipline or equivalent and 5 to 9 years of direct experience
Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited university
* 5+ years experience - technical and/or process improvement project management.

C. IT ADMIN ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Experience as a virtual assistant.

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
 Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
·   In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
·   Minimum of an OND certificate
