Why is Punch Using Old Picture for Current News Reportage? Is it professional or just news propaganda?

This picture appears to have been used in 2014 and 2016.

Why is Punch Newspaper using same picture in 2020 without acknowledgement and date on the picture ?

You expect then to go to borno and snap pictures for you? If you don't like the picture skip to another news. Why not ask the Nation newspapers and channels to snap the pictures.
