lol the funniest thing is that the Lagos State govt will be sued and they will pay for damages....the parent has the right to decide what medical treatment their child gets....the govt has no say in it. The child act law sef doesn't forbid them from choosing what treatment their child gets. Stop being ignorant and living in a "follow the crowd" mentality.
