Hello fellow nairalanders, the land is not bad I bought 3acres from him, i was given the receipt and photocopy of their deed of assignment and my lawyer is using to work on other documents, that’s all I can say.

From lag to abk is around 40mins to 1 hr depending on the situation of the road and from Abeokuta to the land is another 40mins to 1hr
