Please nairalanders i have a friend who was deported from UAE for over-staying six years ago and now he wants to apply for three months visa, my question will he be granted a visa again? Lalasticlala, justwise please help a brother

Once an individual is deported he or she cannot re-enter UAE. This is in accordance with Article 28 of the Immigration Law which states: "An alien who has been deported may not return to the country except with special permission from the Ministry of Interior". ...

Uae has been doing eyescan since 7years ago but most people didn’t even notice that at their airport so even if you get a visa approved you may be deported at point of entry once you’ve done eyescan on an exit before
