I don't know if this is the right section for this. I have some bulk sms online platform I use In sending out bulk sms messages. The problem here is that when I send message from Platform A, my Glo line wont receive, telling me the line is on DND. But when I send from platform B, my Glo will receive the exact message. This problem is not only me, other people I send the message to have same issues. Is it that the platforms are the problem I have tried to remove my glo and other people's numbers from DND, but it's not responding. Does anyone has a concrete solution?
