Famous Nollywood actress, Rachael Okonkwo has just been made the ambassador on youth development in her State of Origin, Enugu State. The Nsukka in Enugu born actress widely known for her role as 'Nkoli' in the popular Nollywood movie 'Nkoli Nwa Nsukka has taken to her Instagram page to announce the new appointment to her followers. The actress was seen all smiles standing beside the governor of the state, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as they both clutched the appointment document posing for shots.
