Lol the whole article sounds so me. The number of times I tell my friends I'm not at home so I can be alone is so much they started to figure I am Making up excuses but it worked, they reduced the calls to come visit. And I like it lol

My life in summary. Having a girlfriend is out of the equation for me. I also stopped attending church programs cos of my highly inquisitive pastor, I hate been given too much attention like mad, it just makes the world shrink around me.

Well for me I’m an ambivert, sometimes I I love being loud, making friends is soo easy for me though I have to make sure you’re into my vibe too, I love being alone and I hate noise as long as I’m not the person producing it, hate being in the spotlight unless I’m not alone, I don’t snub not hate greeting matter of fact as long as u said hello I will reply ASAP

Base on what have read so far I guess seventy five percent of nairalanders are introvert. Have done a lot of weird and awkward stuff just to avoid people and for the greeting part, I only greet when necessary. Some should continue to formulating the idea that the guy is rude yen yen yen. I care less cause I can't explain myself to everybody.

But,according to people,one needs to build a good network of people around.To help with job placement,to get clients(if business oriented).

My fear is,that is the truth.How do one get successful without people?

Introverts suffer in people oriented business or career. like you have to create your customer base, networking, telling people about your business and you don't even have up to 50 people on your contact list. It can be frustrating.

Sometimes it also seems to me that I am an introvert, but when I take a break from all people for a week, I begin to miss my loved ones.

it's means from my behavior and facial contact people are already scared to voice to me. but the truth is when they come closer they found out that I am totally a different person. it's just that I don't like people making contact with me not that I hate them.

to the extent people avoiding me on he way. if they saw me from distance they wait for me to pass first just because they don't want to greet me.
my neighbor wife keep on telling I need an assistance a lady to live with me. just because I live alone and mostly indoor without talking to anyone.

I can relate. I hate making sound when I'm alone in my room. Noisy door is a no no for me!

I used to be this extreme introvert,i was so scared of people and avoided them,including family members, but one night i did something{with the intention to get out of something else} and my life changed. In just 3 minutes of doing what i did,i became confident. Like a miracle only that it wasn't a miracle. I discovered i was really an introvert but i was no longer the fearful type, i can now hold conversations with anyone and speak confidently in public.

That night, i quickly ran to search to see if anyone had this idea i discovered, fortunately for me, not even one person knows this. I think i am the only one in the world who has this knowledge. Even my close family members who are still amazed at my change have no idea. I keep telling people i just outgrew it or did something else just to keep them in the dark.

Lately, i've been thinking of marketing this idea because i am underemployed and need money to do a lot. Or maybe not because i don't even know how to go about it. But one thing is sure, i don't think i will die with it. I will surely spill.

Also, i have little doubt that it may work on another person. I would not want to raise people's hope.

I am just excited that i know something that no one else knows, and that this thing i know can fetch me a lot of money. Its scary sometimes.

Old things have passed away.

Nowadays, I take the evening off to go to the mall or a good restaurant. I don't really hang out with people. A lot of people don't vibrate in my frequency
