why will u want to fail to pay back the loan even if noting will happen,years back companies like Guiness,and Noble rugs partners with our fathers to set them up in business,all they need at that time it's just a store in which those companies will supply them with goods worth millions of naira without paying a kobo only to pay back after selling and keep the proceeds from the sales,majority of them end up not paying a dime back some went to ijebu for juju so the company that helps them can stop asking for their investment, today if u don't have over 50 million u can't be a major distributor to this company leaving me and u to struggle in setting up a business today. Don't hv d mind of taking loan without paying back

Unless u are hard ooo , I almost have heart attack cos I d y owe a loan company ooo after I no fit pay back all the loan my loan amount double the money I borrowed. Then they started calling my wife and even send message to some of my contacts to tell me to pay back my loan that was after I told them via email and call that am undergoing serious .... And will pay back soon I need more time. But the call and treat keep coming and even threaten to storm my home. It's not a pleasant experience. I pray that once I fully repay the loan I can never borrow money again either from the bank or any loan app. I no wan die young abeg.[color=#000000][/color]

Hmmmm.......it's a little tin....which you can afford to repay... but prefer to find out if you can cheat the company without consequences. And we wonder why we can't easily get credit and loans.

it happened to me to. I use my salary account collected 100,000 from access bank and the bank refused to deduct the loan up till now. I went to their office to complain, they said they can't collect the money from me unless they deduct it directly from my salary account. I email the bank and nothing was done. How can I pay them?

See I sabi Access Bank wella. You can't pay back before the 30 days as long as it's payday loan. Just make sure you have the money available in the same account they credited you a day to repayment date. They'll deduct it automatically the next day.

The person will be traced, arrested, prosecuted and jailed. That person is definitely a thief and will end up in jail for trying to block other people's chance of benefiting same.

A debtor does not go to jail, you can take him to court to make an agreement on how to pay. The highest a court can do to a debtor is to declare him "bankrupt" meaning unable to handle any financial deal of any kind.

what a big lie, what will happen is that will no longer be eligible for such request again as your details will be submitted to a regulatory agency.

If after 6 months you don't pay loan app like Nodcredit, they will track and arrest you and by then the interest must have accumulate to several hundred of thousands

I was using Branch before but after borrowing and paying back 5k for four good times, they still wanted to give me same 5k on my next request despite my timely payments.

I rejected it, called their office and requested them to close my account with them. They did so and I moved to Paylater now Carbon.

Ever since then, I've had rest of mind. At least Carbon allows you pay monthly unlike Branch where you have to pay at the end of every week.

I also got a text from a lending firm telling me a contact of mine borrowed money from them which hadn't been paid back. The race I used to call my contact eh, because I was scared I was probably used as a reference without my knowledge. Gosh! The fear that day eh.

I'm owing kwikmoney 20k since September 2019.
And I don't intend paying them because there service was not fair to me at all.
I migrated to branch last November and collected 2k from them. Which I even forgot do to busy schedule.
I saw there warning messages yesterday, as I power on the phone number I used to register my bvn and bank related stuff telling me I had unpaid debt of ₦2400.

Anyway I will try and pay branch tonight.

But you see kwikmoney I don't intend paying those people till next 50 years.

Their service was poor and their loan interest was high as I collected this last money.
Imagine paying 28% of ₦20k loan within 14 days. I called to their customer care about the problem and error, and they told me they will rectify it. They refused rectifying it till my loan balance was due for repayment.

That's why I harden my heart to pay them their money.

Don't spoil your chances in the future because of little things... Who knows? You might have a ground breaking concept that you'll want to actualize. The finance houses will say big No to you and still steal your concept because of your negative credit rating.
