I used the semi circle metals(usually one on either side of LNB) that are on a normal LNB holder for 180cm prime focus dish.

Also used the long bolts (that were intended to hold down the base of the dish on the ground) to fasten each lnb to the perforated flat bar.

However i must say here that, lnb for astra2b/badr5 was not directly placed on the flat bar cos it wouldnt give me the high % of signal i want in both sats.
So i placed another short bar to hold that lnb before attaching it the straight flat bar. take a closer look at the pix.

NB; The lowest % in the whole setup is that of NTV(36E) which is 58% followed by 12437h23478 at 62%.

well, only the lnb for astra 2b/badr5 was cut but not for this purpose. I had used it in the past to nail nilesat b/4 abandoning it-thats why it was cut.
I dont know if cutting the throat of the lnb would make much difference since we are within the footprint of d signals.

After tracking EW4 move ur dish to left (facing the dish) with gentle up & down movement progressively moving upwards, then track badr5 @26E &

note it position & then move once more to the left & upwards to track EW6@21.5E with lnb skewed at 7.30 or 8 O' clock position.

@ALL, Its interesting to inform u that sirus4 (12605V29950) % i got now was 64% & not 56% that i got during my initial setup.

Also, i found out that, attaching the lnb holder for sirus4 to the arm of primary lnb(as illustrated in pix 3) would allow for better manoeuvrings,ease of setup & a higher % of 68%.

You may need to use 2 dishes.The 1^st for EW4 &Astra 2b while the 2^nd for EW3a & sirus 4.

Alternatively, U may experiment with a 90cm: EW3 as primary then attempt EW4 above it & to d 10 'O clock position, U may discover what we are not sure of even though it seems impossible (abt 30 degree difference)

I get[b] ALL[/b] Channels on EW4, EW6, Atra2b, badr5 & ALL channels on 12605V29950(Sirus4).

Tracking this bird depends on your experience on tracking easy birds like sirus4(4.8E), Badr5(26E), astra2b(28.5E) & EW4(36E).

If i assume your Ans is Yes, then start by boosting your confidence by trackin 12605v29950(4.8E) & then 12130H27500(Strongest TP on 36E) & note the limits.

In b/w lies 21.5E(2M), narrow down by tracking 12552v19531(28.5E) by moving to the left(facin the dish) from 36E, next track 12322v27500(26E) by moving again left all along moving progressively upwards.

Finally, move once more to the left by tracking 11653v15714(21.5E). After getting EW6 as primary focus, track Astra2b (12552Vv19531) above the primary lnb & to its left as in the pix, next track EW4 & sirus 4 positions as seen in the pix.

NB:EW3a was not included as explained earlier, due to lower EIRP value in region compared to the rest attached lnbs(W4,Astra2b,badr5 & sirus4)
Also note the lnb skew for easy tracking.
