Goodafternoon My fellow Nairalanders, I am a fresh graduate of Zoology and Environmental Biology from one of the prestigious University in Nigeria. I am currently waiting for Nysc come this year 2020. I need candid professional advice from gurus in the house on the relevant certification to acquire as to boost my chances of surviving in the labour market. I have also been nursing the plan of hustling and saving up money which I will use to travel out of this country to do my masters abroad probably in any country.
Also, I am a tech savvy guy who loves technology.
Pending when Nysc will call this year, is their any online hustle I can do to atleast make some money as to keep body and soul together.

I need advice on the best way forward.

If u have a good 2:1 use google to search for programmes that offer scholarship mostly in the uk... a bachelors degree in zoology should still get u into course like infection biology, from there u can get a PhD in parasitology, infections and immunity, or virology or any other biomedical science....academics and research is mostly ur way forward for zoologist or botanist .....

Other options include setting up a business or banking which usually employ any degree with 2:1 if u are still btw 24-26yrs old...

You can switch careers... consider a career in Human Resources...you can also learn web design, graphic design, affiliate marketing etc.
