Because the judges were afraid.they didnt want to declare a winner which the supreme court will overturn.therefore,its best they left the decision to the apex court.again,they misunderstood the case of hope and wrongly evaluated it.

The supreme court has commenced hearing,the cjn is heading a 7 man panel but one of the panel members is ill so there is a stalemate

The one who refused to be persuaded to do the wrong thing. There should be no stalemate. If APC wins then we will all know that things are definitely wrong in some places.

Rightful winners and they were 4th in the election result? Do not forget that they were in power in Imo until the elections there were conducted. My friend do not allow yourself get confused by the APC there. APC will never return to power in Imo state.

My friend the matter before the court is clear and no mago mago. The matter will become mago mago if APC wins. Already the CJ at a point complained of over crowding in the court and walked out. Next we were told that one of the judges fell ill. Let's wait and see. Today na today.

We don't want another apc statue moulding governor in imo state again. Imo state have suffered enough from apc 8yrs of misrule, lack of vision and waste.
