MTN Nigeria has recently added a more affordable dats bundle to its vast variety of data plans, I will be showing you How to Activate 2.5GB Data for N500 on MTN.

Currently, the plan is only available via MyMTN app. This is coming after the introduction of MTN Jolly Data you can now enjoy jolly data in naija.

This new mtn data bundle is just designated to last for 2-day (48hrs) validity, Which means that this new plan is meant for downloads of large files.

How to Activate MTN 2.5GB for N500

As said earlier, this new plan can only be gotten through the MyMTN app. Steps to get mtn 2.5GB for N500:

Recharge your MTN SIM card with N500 airtime.
Download or install the MYMTN app.
After installing the MyMTN app from Google Play or iOS App Store, launch it.
Look at the bottom of your device, tap Hot Data Deals at the top or click on Bundle > Data Bundles > Daily > 2.5GB 2-Day Plan (N500).


If you had N500 airtime on your MTN SIM card, with the steps above you must have been able to activate the MTN data plan.
