We seek to employ Customer Service Supervisors that are exemplary to teach our service relationship officers to deliver customer service that is exceptional.
Responsibilities

Assessing and overseeing relationship officers’ activities so as to be able to provide regular performance-related feedback.
Planning and monitoring daily activities of customer service department.
Assisting relationship staff with duties where required.
Take part in training staff in areas of customer service as well as company’s policies.
See to managing cashier coverage while also allowing customers flow so as to ensure proficient customer service is provided.
Monitoring as well as authenticating exchanges, returns and voids.
See to investigate and ensure proper resolution of relationship officers’ complaints.
Assisting in the development as well as implementation of customer service policies while also explaining these to other staff and customers as well.
See to the maintenance of documentation that have to do with customer service department.
Performing other responsibilities where needed.
Requirements

First degree of equivalent in Social Science courses.
Two or more years of work experience in similar position.
Proficiency in customer service tasks and knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
Good and proficient computer skills.
Good knowledge of standard office equipment.
Good communication skills; both verbal and written.
Proficient in telephone etiquette.
Excellent organizational skills.
