The officer in question had shot the driver and the passenger in front of a second generation bank where he was a security guard on duty . The officer and the driver were said to have had an altercation over parking rights which resulted in the shooting. The two victims , who survived the brutal assault , have been receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa . Following the incident , the Commissioner of Police in the state , Mr Uche Anozia , ordered the arrest and detention of the suspect at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department .
