A 50-year old man, Lateef Kareem, who reportedly enjoys putting finger into under aged girls private parts has been arrested in Lagos. P.M.EXPRESS reports that Kareem was arrested after he allegedly lured his neighbour’s 7-year old girl into his apartment and unlawfully inserted his finger into her private part in order to satisfy his sexual desire.
