Computer Centre Business

Good day to you Nairalanders. I've a Computer business Centre in Sango Ota area, Ogun State running for almost 4 years now.

I need an investor for expansion, anyone who is interested in investing #300k to #500k and receive 40% interest within 9 Months.

Our services include:
Training both Deskstop and Engineering.
 Typing and graphics design
Repairs of laptop, desktop and Mobile unlock.
 CBT Training
 Online Registration
Educational Consulting Jamb, GCE, WAEC, NECO etc.

This amount is realistic. Few are the pointers you should know.
It is a physical business, you will come for an inspection before you invest a Kobo. Come and see for yourself.
It is not a new start-up, customers are involved not to talk of the prospects.
An investor will receive his or her ROI money back weekly or monthly, into the bank account you provided. You will start getting your ROI the first month you invest.
It will be binded legally. Your money is safe.
You don't have to be present. Your money is working for you.
I handle the business and maintenance myself as I'm a trained Computer Engineering Post Graduate.
NB: You will never make this much with your savings in a bank, even with 2years deposit, this is not a Ponzi scheme or get rich syndrome scheme. Your investment is meant for expansion.

Any interested and serious investor should dm.
0.8.1.3.2.8.6.8.1.5.8

Thanks.

Yes you have. So where will the buying and reselling take place

When is the best time to invest in the business

What are the likely downs or setbacks in this business

Sorry I am asking too many questions, just want to be sure kind of.

Good morning

I think what he said is true.
I am into groundnut oil processing and at on peak season we buy at #220 per modu why at offpeak it is between 320 to 350 per mudu but i don't buy then.
There are lots of businesses but if you want businesses with good track records and not start ups or paper entrepreneurs you better join business associations like Nassi, Nasme, Naccima, Abson, Afan etc to meet practical businessmen

Recently graduated from unilag but i am certain business beats school!.

I would invest in Cloth manufacturing, I don’t need a 10M capital from 700k - 1M is more than enough to set me up. I’ve a connection with a clothing factory (owned by my dad prior his illness), with 700k I can produce 2000pcs of T-shirt’s in 3wks which would be sold for a 1000naira per piece wholesale and 1500 per piece retail. I’m guaranteed of over 120% return on my investment, within 2months ....Godspeed

You buy store and resell in market. (Niger/Plateau)

Best time to invest is dec/Jan. Or at worst 1week of Feb but d price might be a little high then.

Setback: don't be too greedy on d biz. As for me what I purchase @ 130 let say it's rises to 200 in fourth month am ok will d profit. I don't need to wait until d peak price. Upon waiting for d peak price d price can even fall .so sell mmediately u are on profit.

Thanks
I will love to invest in your business but seems the season has passed. What will be my return after investment and any guarantee + paper work

Actually I just share d idea with anyone willing to invest in storage biz and also in regards to d above topic.

U can still buy till Maximum of 1st week of Feb. (But d price may be slightly higher)

D ROI depend on u. Once u are ok with d returns u sell off.

This sounds flowery and unrealistic.

1. Are you sewing the tshirts yourself or machine sewed?
2. What type of Tshirt are you talking about?
3. Is it sewn from scratch or just printing on the shirts?
4. What is the labour cost involved in producing 2000pcs?
5. How much is the cost of producing 1 piece for you to set a price for 1k for 1?

Thank you
