It's still the first,that one you quote was the global ranking and the one being talked about here is the regional ranking (Minus the search engines,facebook and co).

Nairaland the most visited?? That goes without saying!! To be no. 7 globally is even more of an achievement than being number one or two in Nigeria. By the way, nothing wrong with the original layout/theme of the website. Would you ask facebook to change their same-same blueish theme? Some just like to criticise unduly.
