You should listen to one Audio Bible multi times a day.
What I usually do before Listening:
I drink lots of warm water, eat fruit/vegs, start Fasting, rest myself a bit, put on my earpiece, then go to a quiet place and listen. I keep repeating the audio after listening to the whole.

Believe while listening. Never allow doubts to keep you blind while listening. Then watch what will keep happening to you as you believe & grow.
