On the surface, Engr. Victor Eze is an accomplished Construction expert with over 10 years of experience in both the UK and Nigeria. He is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. A team player, Victor holds an excellent track record from Nigeria and the UK of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences.

With a Masters degree in Construction Project Management and an MBA International Business Management from Birmingham City University and Nottingham Trent University both in the United Kingdom, Victor has over 10 years' experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-pounds construction projects, including infrastructure, higher education, restaurant, grocery, and retail projects for both public and private sector clients. Other highlights of his work include extensive HVAC improvements, site improvements, utility relocations, asbestos abatement, concrete tilt-up construction, and tenant improvement projects of both occupied and unoccupied spaces.

Victor also has a broad background in construction contract scenarios, including design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus fixed fee, and hard bid. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Whole Foods Market, Safeway, JCPenney, Kohl's, Restoration Hardware, GIG terminals, Civic centre group, BAT, Ikoyi Club, GTB and Green wood estate.

Outside of work Victor enjoys giving to charity through his NGO, Eze Victor Helping Hands Initiative which was created in 2014 to reach out to the less privileged, empower the youth and school children. So far, Victor have managed to empower over 18 youths, 150 women, 75 men, hundreds of school children and registered Jambs and WAEC for the teenage youths.
