i can imagin how it ll be when you go and meet him and tell him you love him so much and you have been thinking of him and that you will like him as your Boyfriend then he tell you he is not interested.
  It is not common for a Girl to ask a guy though because i certainly cannot do it and i don't advice you to jst go and meet him and tell him you love him. Maybe if u see him you can just say hi and all that he can gradually start noticing you because he might not have even noticed you at all before and who know from there you guys can just go out for a walk and become friends at least you can tell him your mind from there.
