When a Biafran/Nigeria Azikiwe Ebele Jonathan was President, the most powerful positions from the Army, Central Bank to Minister of Finance went to Biafra/Nigerians. Buhari, a Northern/Nigerian did the same as Jonathan. So President from one part of Nigeria is not enough, each wants to dominate the powerful positions.
