I have exchanged over 53 emails with this security team. I have sent my ID, bank statement for two ATM cards (both mine), Photos of the 2 ATM cards front and back. They keep repeating requests and so many times reply that they didn't see any attachment. Even the selfie photo with my document and email from security department in the background, I have sent that one over 10 times

My issue is still not resolved as I post this. I am just hoping to get my money back. This will be the last time I ever use them

Anyways, you have to take it easy with them cuz bookie's have it in their terms and conditions "we have every rights to refuse, accept or withhold withdraw especially in cases of suspicious activity" They also have their own definition of suspicious activity.

They just did the same thing to me few days, discovered a strategy that keeps me on a profit, i have been withdrawing, next thing i know, they rejected my withdrawal and asked me to message the security team, i did and provided everything they asked for, and they sent a mail that they are ending collaboration with me. And my 80k is still in that account and they didnt refund it and have been ignoring me ever since.
I just even noticed that they have been doing this fraudulent act since 2019 and they have been getting away with it.

I think we should form a group and file a complaint againt them to the lottery commision, because they will keep doing this to other people.

I really wish I had seen this page before I registered and deposited N8379 on 1xbet.

I decided to do this because I know the chances of me getting back my money is slim.
