If real estate investment is not in your 2020 goals, I'm afraid your goals for the year aren't complete yet.

Yes, you can make the adjustment, and the time to do that is NOW!

Maybe you are wondering how you can become a proud owner of a property this year, I will show you not just how possible, but how doable it is.

For starters, let's see how you can achieve unexpected savings by the end of the year.

We have 366 days this year, but let's work with 365 so it's applicable to any year. So if you put aside a certain amount daily, here is how much you save:

N100 (daily, you get) N36,500
N200 - N73,000
N300 - N109,500
N500 - N182,500
N1,000 - N365,000
N1,500 - N547,500
N2,000 - N730,000
N2,500 - N912,500
N3,000 - N1,095,000

Now, here is how you can become a property owner - when you get anywhere around N300,000, you can buy a 300sqm piece of land in the Ibeju Lekki- the new Lagos or anywhere else. On 300sqm land space you can build a duplex and have some space for your car, or you could continue to save until you get to any amount you want - the choice is yours!

Choose any category that is convenient for you and be consistent with it. It doesn't have to be daily if that would be a bit too much for you, weekly could be a better option, but instead of N100 you could put aside N700 weekly or any amount you wish.

You can get a piggy bank, use a bank account without debit cards or cheques and no withdrawals until you have reached your goal. Better still you can create an account with a realtor, choose the property you want to buy and make regular deposits with them until you finish paying for the property.

Do this and you are on your way to achieving your dream of owning a landed property this year.

Why not give it a trial?!

The year is running already but it's never too late to start!

I can help you get stared on this and walk you through to your goal. Contact me on +2348023271339 (call/Whatsapp), realestatedivang@gmail.com.

All da best!
