This is the beauty of democracy. It shows that the Supreme Court judges have refused to be intimidated by Buhari. Kudos to the Judiciary for resisting intimidation by the Presidency.

For Plateau -
Buhari has killed democracy in Nigeria. Tanko is the worst CJN Nigeria has ever produced. Democracy is dead in Nigeria. The Supreme court under Tanko must reverse itself. PDP won that election in Plateau.

They will take hearings and then give judgement same day. It must not exceed 60 days after the Court of Appeal judgement.

Jan 29 will make it 60 days, hence the judgement must be given on or before that date, otherwise it becomes 'functus officio' and Ortom remains Gov.
