Please help a brother, I was stranded yesterday. I stopped by a Union bank ATM machine to get the last money I had, due to error message I was debited but not paid, this happened around 1:30 pm yesterday,but to my surprise Gtbank is yet to refund/reverse the money. This is annoying as I haven't been able to solve my problem till now, in a place am yet to know anyone. Does it take this long to get reversal. When exactly is this process thanks |

Sorry about what happened... Some failed transactions is reversed within 24hrs while some takes 8 working days to be reversed... If you haven't gotten a reversal till now please call the GTBANK customer care center for assistance. |

i tried reaching out to them with this, 08039003900 but seems it'll be ringing forever Is there hope i'll still get reversal as its not up to 24 hours yet ? |
