You still don't get it.

Any question that is taken can no be accessible to someone else,

If a question is showing, "currently taken" no one else can click it. Even tho at that moment it's in the CT.

CT doesn't "load" currently taken questions, so there's no way you would see the question as currently taken

Even before they update sef. But it's well sha.
Na PC I dey use before wey dey give me headache so I gats to switch to mobile, although e slow me down a lil bit but i see changes coz after I submit my answers, na the right values dey increase unlike before wey I dey use PC.

My assertion that your network is bad might be wrong. You know there are lots of tutors on LH; we probably answer 10s of questions at the same time.
