The University of Nigeria Nsukka, on the 21st of January 2020 announced the postponement of her 2019/2020 academic session matriculation in a circular addressed to the university community and concerned stakeholders barely 4 days to the matriculation day.
This postponement has started generating mixed reactions among concerned stakeholders. The circular which was signed by the registrar and the Vice Chancellor Prof. Charles Igwe, who was recently appointed to his present office, raises concern if the present VC would follow in the footsteps of his predecessor who was notorious for postponing date of events at the last call.
