Exercise is one of the most important and effective way to stay health. It is neither gender sensitive nor age sensitive. But most of the pregnant women in Nigeria tend to neglect exercise. The effect of lack of exercising leads to weight gain which could also result to high sugar and cholesterol level in the body. There are so many ways to do exercise; it could be through walking, running, dancing and other sport exercise like football, basket ball etc depending on the one your body can carry. There are so many benefits to exercise for the pregnant women but with time frame I might not be able to mention all of them. But I can refer you to an article on uniprojectmaterials.com. When you visit this website above, kindly go to the health education section and then see an article on “the exercise for pregnant women”. Kindly read through the article; I believe it will go a long way to assist in during pregnancy.
