Job Title: RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Location: Lagos Mainland

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

* BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting or related course.
* Candidate must have years of experience reporting to the Risk Manager or Assistant Risk Manager and now looking to move to the Risk Manager role.
* Ideal Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years Enterprise Risk Management as well as Credit Risk Management experience.
* Possess technical acumen.
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Numerical skills and the ability to evaluate costs
* Good orientation of insurance, health, safety policies, disaster recovery measures, and business continuity plan.
* With a strong background in finance, economics, law, risk management, statistics
* Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization.
* Ability to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes
* Skill for risk mitigation simulation
* Ability to benchmark and analyze various business risks
* Professional certification is an added advantage.
