twitter can be confusing at first, but when u get used to it, it can be very interesting. even better than Facebook.
In twitter you don't add friends, you follow people. i.e their tweets will show on your timeline.
A timeline is where everybody's tweets that you follow are shown. if someone is following you, your tweets will appear on their timeline.
That is just the basics

Then how do u reply those tweets or better still how does it become interesting

every twitter app has a reply button.
