Abia, Ebonyi, Anambra in that order. As for Enugu, I doubt if APC can win a council seat there in the next decade. Unless a heavy realignment takes place. APC should assign a federal ministerial seat to that seat that can work and empower or foreign affairs with big big grammar. Ekweremadu might contest for Governor in 2023 under APC
