Job Position: Sales Administrator

Job Location: Lagos State

Job Requirement:
• Qualification: B.Sc, HND, OND

Role:
• The role of a Sales Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities

Duties:
• Processing a high volume of product orders
• Processing Invoices and Receipts for all Sales transactions
• Taking Phone Calls from Customers and responding to their requirements
• Reporting Monthly Sales Results to the Sales Team
• Communicating internally important feedback from customers
• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries
• Planning all transport activities and monitoring all transport costs

Required Skills:

To perform these tasks, you’ll need the following skills:
• Have an Administrative or Sales background
• Strong Communication skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• High Organizational skills
• Detail oriented
