For those who have written the test; what would you advise we be cautious of/ adhere to with the browser.
Because the last time, my pretest check was successful and on clicking take test the SEB shows that it can't detect my camera, location(and both were on) and that's how I couldn't continue.

I would like to advise others taking the test that they should make sure applications like Skype and zoom are not running either foreground or in the background. I had to uninstall the Skype application on my laptop because it automatically runs in the background upon booting. These applications might hinder the test app from accessing the Webcam. Also go through the FAQ that was stated in their original email.

Pls the reflexive connectivity test keeps showing caution.. and the network latency test has failed twice

Just make sure your microphone, camera and network tick good....

When I tried quitting the safer browser, and close some links on my system, I logged in back and its saying "you are not currently scheduled for an assessment".

I don't know how else we can reach out to Dragnet. The whole process is really tiring.

My anger is that I know they can do better. They are over stressing us here.

I have written ACCA exams online from the comfort of my home with all their requirements and softwares and it has been smooth. It's not from my system, that I know for sure.

I wish you guys the best ahead.

I feel we should just mail them and inform them about it. Since it's not 2, 3, 4 people that have the issue. We can all just tell them about the nonsense we encountered in the whole process. Even if they don't attend to us, they should know AS BIG AS DELLOITE is, na software spoil their process

Reload the page, then when you get to the audio testing, speak to the mic immediately you click on start recording.

Even the enquiry deskni called earlier this morning when I was having issues with my environment check test wasn't helpful at all. She just glossed over the issue shabbily, sounded like she was having a rough day and couldn't even give me a full grasp of what to do or how to go about it.....I'm just tired!!
