I was at UNTH Enugu today when I saw people outside their hospital ward, I was curious to ask and I was told that two patients brought in yesterday in critical condition and one died this morning of the Lassa virus. The funny part of it is that most staffs of the hospital are putting on mask and I begin to wonder if the disease is airborne. for me I didn't panic I only used a hand sanitizer when I was leaving the hospital. A case was also confirmed yesterday in Anambra state university teaching Awka. please keep ur environment clean and always wash your hands, avoid unnecessary handshake. Be safe
