The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi has said it is not under the jurisdiction of the federal government to tell state governments what to do as implementation of transport policy is essentially to a state affair.

Lol, but funny enough it is true.
They are all over the with Keke defacing cars everyday, some are even collecting parking fee at slaughter.

PH needs this ban ASAP.
They should go to other local government areas and allow car owners to enjoy their cars without fears.
