Go and tell an Arochukwu man that he is not Igbo. You are the one to determine how much igbo is someone right ? Those other tribes that make up Biafra complain of the igbos same way the Igbos complain of the Hausas. They fear domination by the igbos and this was highlighted during the war when many 'minority' tribes started having anti-igbo sentiments.

It is then the duty of the government to punish any chief whose people misbehave.

If the government of CRS can gather all the chiefs in the state. Make them sign an undertaken that if any of their people first spill a blood, they will have a very big issue. Firstly, those who spill the blood will be sentence to death by hanging.
Secondly, they the chief will be punished.

Give them tough rules, when they get to their communities they pass the info across to their people.

Never forget, whoever first kill shall be killed by hanging.

UNBELIEVABLE: Woman Stabs Husband to Death Over Phone Charger In Katsina

A 17-year-old housewife, Rabi Rabi’u, who stabbed her husband, Shamsu Salisu, to death in Katsina State last Wednesday, has explained that a misunderstanding on who should first charge their mobile telephone led to a scuffle in which he died.

Rabi, who was paraded at the Katsina State Police Command Headquarters on Tuesday, said amidst sobs that she never knew the stab could lead to the death of the 25-year-old Salisu.

Yes mo.ron, lots of towns in Abia state and Cross river share very similar cultures even down to language that makes them indistinguishable from the other, case in point most parts of Arochukwu and the Cross river areas due to centuries of trading and intermarriage.
