I don't work in Unity bank and I am not a marketer but the work function is generic.

I think as an outsourced staff, your major duties would be basically, account opening and deposit mobilization.

Sometimes, you would be required to chase account reactivation, cheque confirmation etc.

Also please do not take the issue of KYC and enhanced due diligence on customers lightly. If an account you opened is involved in fraudulently activities, properly done KYC or enhanced due diligence would save your ass (pardon my french).

Marketing role in banking is challenging but if you have what it takes and can do spirit, you would succeed.
