A man was seen on the road of Lagos after the ban of Okada and Tricycle with his own “advanced” Keke Napep.

The globalnewsng learnt that, He was aware that security agents will arrest him if he is caught riding a Keke Napep (Tricycle), so he converted it to a rover.

You know a family man need to take money home in order to take cares of his family following the ban of Tricycle (Keke Napep) and Okada in Lagos State. I need to use his brain
