Speaking from experience bro, it has happened to me. Mine had patches all over my head.

A colleague of mine told me it was due to high stress level( which at the time I was working my a$$ off). Another of my colleague advised I apply garlic on it three times a day(Morning, afternoon and night).
In less than a month, my hair grew back to normal. Don't be troubled you will be fine again once you follow through this procedure.

What i later got online is using guava leaf.

Hello bro, sorry to hear about your current situation. It actually doesn't have a cure but here are few things you can do and hopefully you will regain your hairs and confidence.
1. If you do alcohol, then STOP it immediately
2. Try to reduce your stress level to the lowest minimum.
3. Try to get enough sleep, maybe more than normal.
3. Eat more of fruits and finally
4. Create time for exercise and plays(things that will relax your mind and make you happy)
I think with these steps you are good. Then you just have to be patient with it and give it time, say 6mnth to 1yr, you will start gaining back your hairs.
I had such in 2018 and on my face (beard area). I was lucky to know I was really under so much stress then bcz it came with sinusitis too. But I did the above listed and to God be the glory and perfect now. God really intervened.

Go and see a physiotherapist so that he/she can apply electromagnetic radiation on your head.

Most people don't look good in skincut... No matter what, you need to have a certain type of head shape to enjoy going bald.

Op it's obvious this stuff brothers you, I'm probably sure there is medical solution for your condition. If you feel going bald would suit your head... Then give it a try. While save up for hair implant... it was around 1mil Naira...the Last time I checked for my elder brother who hates his Early baldness more than anything in life...

Dude cut his long time natural dread in the name of maturity and realized he couldn't grow the front part of his hair back no matter what he tried... He wan run mad lol, but luckily it's 21st century... And there is a solution for everything... Now planning for the implant. And I'm happy for him.
