Following the incident that occurred on Monday, February 3rd when commercial Okada riders clashed with the Nigeria Police Force where shots were fired at Ijora-Costain. In the early hours of today, Monday 5th February before 10 am at Iyana-Ipaja, Protesting bike riders set a Lagos govt van on fire; it took the heavy combination of heavily armed policemen to curb the violent protest regarding the ban of Okadas and Tricycles in the State by the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
