OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF OUTSOURCING SERVICES

A long established & leading management consulting practice with a strong presence in the outsourcing industry, is desirous of identifying very experienced, self-managed, professionals of high integrity in the following positions:

A. Manager – Outsourcing Services.
This will be a HR professional with not less than10 years experience in managing people & HR systems.
Ideal candidates will have not less than 5 years experience in the management of outsourcing services for a range of clients.

B. Supervisor – Outsourcing Services
He/She will have skills & competences similar to the requirements in A, above, but will have not less than 5 years experience in managing relationships with outsourcing clients.

C. Relationship officers – Outsourcing Services
These would be university graduates with not less than 3 years experience in HR management & the management of outsourcing clients. Some experience in the management of outsourcing services will be useful.
