there is this landlord I paid a shop rent to since November last year, he still went ahead to give out the shop to another person, I have been asking for a refund, now he has gone into hiding. pls how do I tackle this issue? can I go ahead and claim the shop since I was first to pay for it? can I legally evict the present tenant? pls I need help. |
