Having verified a couple of businesses on Google over a dozen actually. Since late 2019 I noticed it became difficult to verify businesses on Google.

First Google business stopped the toll-free support service, then they proceeded to remove the live chat support service.

The mean of verification which included phone number messaging was also removed (may be for Nigeria users alone I dont know).

The postal method seems not to be working even though iced used it successfully a few times for the last 6months AI have not received any response on that channel.

Videos verification method is not coming up at all these days.

Is Google business about to shut down like Google plus or it's a means of making the system more stringent?
