Dear Nairalanders, come and see what i experienced o.

Because of this kèké ban, i figured it will be nice to use my Ajo money to invest in a mini bus for commercial purpose, even if govt decides to ban that one, at least i can turn it into private use.

So i checked online, followed one of the links to Nairaland.

I got Amagold Care contact from the comment section of this link

https://www.nairaland.com/4953485/clean-tokunbo-suzuki-mini-buses#74653175.

I reached out to the whatsapp num and the screenshot is how the person on the other end attended to me.

Please is this how to run business?

I chatted before 5pm o, at least work closes by 6pm, see the response by midnight... What kind of insult is this?

Very poor customer service. The hallmark of most businesses in Nigeria.

They always feel they are doing you the customer a favor.

The person in charge of their whatsapp is a big fool. In fact, the amagold abi what are they called are fools.. How can they give such a person their whatsapp platform to handle.
Op, what I can say is that, you should find time to visit them in their office and make sure you see their boss or any of their top worker and try talk to him about what you want and ask who's in charge of their whatsapp.
Please, let's know what happens next
Thank you

I'm not trying to side the guy but to be honest the question "hope u guys are legit" is provoking. Will a criminal tell u his about to scam u? U probably saw proof online that made u feel comfortable to chat them up I don't blame the guy for saying she's not serious.

Are you a witch or something?

Why is your comment exactly what I had in mind? Take ya time.

To the subject matter.
Though the company's response on WhatsApp wasn't professional, I wouldn't blame them. You gave a bad impression of yourself first.
The provocation from your question might have caused such reply.

Scores na 1:1

whenever I approach a business outfit as a customer or potential customer; I "delete" that statement - 'customers are king OR customers are always right' from my memory, it helps me interact with the face of the company with respect, and the outcome is always good. Your will be treated with respect in return and some other favour follows. Try it and see.

Most Nigerian run businesses have very poor customer service.

I am into procurement and I do lot of communication with them, unfortunately, about 70% of them are nothing to write home about.

I plan on opening a thread about companies with poor customer service with evidence.

God go help us for this country.
