Ayusman, dont worry about me and dealers, It is what it is and I am who I am. Meanwhile, have you sold any of those cars you put up on nairaland? Maybe you shoukd have dealers like German run them off for you in days.

Also you need to understand that when it comes to a buyers reputation; whatever I say or you say has nothing on what people who have paid the dealers Millions and have gotten their results. We are observers, they are THE participants.

Anyways, we are all here to help and better ourselves - and im sorry but from my experience, its better to have a style, be on A track and to be very stable.

I like Tim, he doesnt hide his feelings (its just him), my side to it is that those Achias he is buying there are cheaper on our holdups than out there for him.

To be fair, he was not making noise unneccesary before, and also initially, German007 handled the case well until he came back again puffing his chest and postulating that everything is hunkydory because he had the backing of Autosection's resident area father of the agberos

Which begs the question "WHY CAN'T HE (ONWAN) STUMP UP THE CASH AND PAY TIMOTHY001 SO HE CAN GO HIS WAY, IF THE MONEY IS CHICKEN CHANGE TO HIM AND HE IS 1/200TH AS RICH AS HE IS ALWAYS CRASSLY CLAIMING TO BE ON NAIRALAND, instead of making it a die-hard habit of crying more than the bereaved everytime an issue like this rears its ugly head

Asides the Jobs section, this section generates the highest number of traffic on Nairaland . . . it will be sad if this is what it is reduced to . . . it will be sad if they allowed this fabulous pre-order scheme to bite the dust by leaving the owner of Nairaland no choice . . .

This post just sums up everything. It is so obvious that while Timothy might be highly pissed off about the situation. He comes across as down-to-earth and funny (this thread has made me laff my head off!).

But this silly broke Onwan had to come and make a mockery of the situation with this nonsense mentality of "Do-you-know-who-i-am?" - WHO YOU BE SEF?? SERIOUSLY! IF YAWA BURST FOR your HEAD, U GO FEAR FEAR! U are neither seller or buyer so what the EFF is u on about?

Imagine the situation of german007 getting the car and after 3 months, Timothy has still not paid due to unforseen circumstances. Would it not have been a police issue. Business motto is "The customer is KING". German007 didnt do it on purpose but he has to bear with the antics of a disappointed customer!

Buyer and seller long, long ago came to a mutually benefical consensus as buyer also confirmed so.

A pre-order route is perfectly fine and is largely dependent on logistics.

We have since learnt to enlighten clients on more about the process before dealing. Life is a learning curve.

The onus to deal with the me (the seller) lies solely on the path any potential client, no-one is under any obligation to. As much as people are "supposedly worried" We've kickstarted pre-orders for many nairalanders after this thread started off, delivered more and are in negotiation process with even more.

We've emerged stronger.

Anyway the latest update is the Car is waiting for Clearance since it's delivering.that the news now.The Plan was for it to be sold,but am waiting to hear it has been cleared ,as of Yesterday.It has not cleared ,So definitely u can understand my point by now before they start saying another thing. An agreement was made long ago between Tim and I to sell the car upon arrival and re-imburse him his funds he's put into the car, and also get back my funds Iv invested into the car. My funds are tied into his car, as much as his are. There was no agreement for the car to be delivered to him.

Attached are pictures of the car in the US, THE BOL for the car and pictures in Nigeria. It's still as clean is'nt it?. SO, MY GOOD YORUBA FRIEND BritonDidda. THE CAR WAS'NT FICTITUOS, AND IT DID ARRIVE.
